Ingredients of COCONUT MILK SOUP WITH CHICKEN

coconut milk 2 cup
chicken soup 1 cup
fresh galangal slicd 2-3 piece
chicken breast fillets cut to a small piece 1 cup
chilies mashed 1 teblespoon.
fish sauce 1 tablespoon
sugar 2 teaspoon
coriander leaves slice 1 tablespoon
tomepoes cut 2 tablespoon

Preparation of COCONUT MILK SOUP WITH CHICKEN

1. Boil a coconut milk in a pot and then put chicken stock and galangal in a pot.
2. Boil it around 10 minute and then put chicken and chili in a pot.
3. Put fish sauce, sugar, and tomatoes to a pot.
4. Serve to a bowl and put coriader on the top. Eat with jasmin rice.
